Cured the old-fashioned way with a traditional brining (wet cure) method with the utmost care, then slowly smoked for subtle mild flavor. Just the right thickness. No sugar added. No surprises here, this is just good old country bacon in a stack pack. Two 3 lb. pkgs. Serves about 36.

This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. Perishable items are shipped UPS Mon. - Wed. Perishables are generally shipped on Mon. and Tues. unless travel time will allow them to arrive by Friday. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days after processing) is desired or required, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $15.00 to shipping. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We only ship to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cook and Care:
UPON RECEIPT:

Your smoked bacon ships frozen with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate or re-freeze upon receipt.
THAWING:
If frozen, please thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
STORAGE:
Sliced bacon may be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to 3 months, and still maintain maximum flavor.
HEATING:
Skillet Method – Place bacon slices in unheated skillet. Cook slowly over low heat to desired crispness, turning occasionally.
Oven Method – Preheat oven to 400°F. Place bacon slices on a broiler rack or shallow baking pan. Bake 15-17 minutes or to desired crispness.
SEASONING:
No further seasoning is recommended.

Everything goes better with bacon! Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
