Mix into a quiche, or use in place of ground meats to spice up any recipe. Flavor packed! Four 16 oz. chubs. Serves about 24.

This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. Perishable items are shipped UPS Mon. - Wed. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days) is required or desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $15.00 to shipping. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We only ship to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cool and Care:
Your ham sausage ships frozen with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate and use within 5 days or re-freeze upon receipt. If frozen, please thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Sausage may be refrigerated for up to 5 days or frozen for up to 3 months, and still maintain maximum flavor. Skillet Method - Slice thawed sausage roll into patties. Place in a skillet. Cook over medium heat, turning to brown evenly, approximately 12 minutes. For a milder flavor, cover patties with water and parboil before browning sausage.
