Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We ship only to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cook and Care:
UPON RECEIPT:

Your fully cooked, fried boneless turkey breast has been flash frozen to lock in natural flavor, ships with dry ice in a recyclable Styrofoam cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please keep frozen until ready to use.
STORAGE:
Smoked turkey may be refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for 3 months and still maintain maximum flavor.
THAWING:
Do not thaw at room temperature! Place turkey breast in unopened wrapper on a tray in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
HEATING:
OVEN: Your smoked turkey is fully cooked and best served at room temperature. To serve warm, pre-heat oven to 375°F. Remove turkey from plastic and place in a shallow pan. Heat for 60-75 minutes or until breast is thoroughly heated to an internal temperature of 165°:F. Remove from oven and let stand 5-10 minutes. This turkey is already fully cooked, do not over heat!
MICROWAVE: Remove turkey from plastic and place product on a microwavable plate or pan. Set power on high, microwave the product for 10-15 minutes to get a core temperature of 165°:F.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Perfect for sandwiches, as an entrée, or chopped for salads. Delicious with a fruit chutney or cranberry relish.
