This homemade dish blends Four cheeses with creamy macaroni pasta. A tasty combination of Cheddar, Asiago, Monterey Jack and Mozzarella cheeses. A traditional southern side, ready to heat and serve. Watch your guests come back for more! Two 2 lb. trays. Serves About 8.

This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. Perishable items are shipped UPS Mon. - Wed. UPS delivers Mon - Fri. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days after processing) is desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $15.00 to shipping. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We ship only to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cook and Care:

UPON RECEIPT:
Four Mac & Cheese has been frozen to lock in natural flavor, ships with dry ice in a cooler and may arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please refrigerate or re-freeze upon receipt.

STORAGE:
Keep frozen.

THAWING:
Thaw overnight or up to 48 hours in the refrigerator before cooking, if desired. Product may be cooked from frozen or thawed state.

HEATING:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove box and pan lid and place on sheet pan. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or if thawed 20 minutes. Stir product and bake an additional 20 minutes from frozen or 10-15 minutes from thawed. Remove from oven and allow product to rest for 5-10 minutes.
