A perennial best seller, this is the perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors. Simply cook slices add a slice or two to the biscuits and watch them disappear! One dozen heat and serve sweet potato biscuits and Two 6 oz. packages Biscuit Sized Uncooked Ham Slices. Your salt cured ham slices and sweet potato biscuits will ship together in a sturdy corrugated gift box. Ice packs or dry ice are not required for shipment.
PLEASE NOTE these ham slices have been dry cured with SALT and are sliced thin to enjoy the full country flavor. Salt-cured country ham is not appropriate for everyone's taste.
This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. UPS delivers Mon - Fri. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days after processing) is desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $15.00 to shipping.

HAM SLICES UPON RECEIPT:
Please refrigerate or freeze ham slices upon receipt.
STORAGE: Country Ham slices may be refrigerated unopened for up to 6 weeks, or opened and tightly wrapped for up to 10 days, and still maintain maximum flavor. Tightly wrapped ham slices (do not use aluminum foil) may also be frozen.
HEATING: Cook ham slices 2 minutes per side until fully cooked.
SEASONING: Ham slices are dry cured with salt. No further seasoning is recommended.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect for biscuits, sandwiches, as an accompaniment to a poultry or seafood entrée, or chopped for salads and omelets. Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
SWEET POTATO BISCUITS UPON RECEIPT:
Your sweet potato biscuits will ship frozen and may arrive partially thawed. Please refrigerate or freeze upon receipt.
STORAGE: Our fully cooked sweet potato biscuits may be refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen up to 6 months, and still maintain maximum flavor.
HEATING: Allow biscuits to completely thaw in refrigerator. Remove from plastic bag and loosely wrap biscuits in aluminum foil. Place in 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes. Brush with melted butter if desired.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve with country ham slices or your favorite jam. Delicious for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
