This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. Perishable items are shipped UPS Mon. - Wed. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days) is required or desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. This will add $15.00 to shipping. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We only ship to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cool and Care:
HEATING:
Cut Sausage into 4 to 6 inch portions. Cook sausage until steaming hot. Cooking times are estimates and may vary slightly. Skillet or Griddle Method – Preheat to Medium 350°F. Place sausage on medium high heat for approximately 5-7 minutes turning frequently to brown evenly. Reduce heat to low. Add 1/2 cup water. Cover and cook 13-15 minutes.
Grill – Place Sausage on preheated grill over medium heat. Grill 14-17 minutes, turning frequently.
Microwave – Place sausage pieces in circular fashion on microwave safe plate. Add two tablespoons of water, cover with plastic wrap; poke two or three holes in plastic wrap to vent. Microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, turning midway through cycle. Let stand covered 2 minutes before serving. Cooking times may vary depending on microwave oven.
