As one of our customers declared, this is the 'best sausage, EVER!' Mildly seasoned and rich in deep pork flavor, these patties are as wonderful for breakfast as they are on a bun for lunch or dinner. Pre-cooked, just heat and serve or freeze them for later. 4/16 oz. Packages Serves about 20.

This product is shipped by UPS directly from Smithfield. Perishable items are shipped UPS Mon. - Wed. Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen upon receipt. We will not be responsible for spoilage of items shipped where no one is available to accept delivery. Items ordered together may be shipped separately. If Express Delivery (2 transit days after processing) is required or desired, it needs to to be selected on the drop down bar on this page when ordering. this will add $15.00 to shipping. Next Day Air and 3 Day Select shipping are not offered for this item. We only ship to the continental U.S. which excludes Alaska and Hawaii.

Cook and Care:
UPON RECEIPT:
Your sausage patties have been pre-cooked and flash frozen to lock in natural flavor, ships with dry ice in a recyclable styrofoam cooler and will arrive frozen or partially thawed. Please freeze upon receipt, if not immediately consuming.
STORAGE:
Keep frozen until ready to heat.
THAWING:
Pre-cooked sausage patties do not require thawing for heating. However, If you prefer to heat from a thawed state, thaw only the patties you will be heating, in the refrigerator overnight.
HEATING:
Skillet or Griddle Method – Preheat to Medium 350°F. Place patties on griddle and heat for approximately 2 minutes per side (if thawed) or 3 minutes (if frozen).
Oven Method (Conventional) – Preheat oven to 350°F. Place patties on broiler rack or shallow baking pan and cook for approximately 7-9 minutes (if thawed) or 9-11 minutes (if frozen).
Oven Method (Convection) – Preheat oven to 325°F. Place patties on broiler rack or shallow baking pan and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes (if thawed) or 5-6 minutes (if frozen).
Microwave – Place frozen patties in a microwave safe dish. Cook on high for 30 second intervals until product reaches recommended serving temperature.
SEASONING:
No further seasoning is recommended.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Delicious with eggs, country gravy, pancakes or waffles. Great on sliders or breakfast sandwiches. Delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
